A: Hi - at the lowest its about 21 1/4 inches high (the flat of the seat not the little backrest) and I can extend it up to about 29 1/2 high. Not comfortable for long sitting period. Will wear off after a few months. We bought these mainly for our kids. Hope this helps.

Q: The seat cover has completely disintegrated on these chairs. Is it possible to replace the seat without replacing the entire chair?

A: Yes I think so! That’s what I’m planning to do also. I will just put thick foam and cover up with a nice leather cover then the seat will be good to use again like new and elegant chair
