AWFUL!

Bought it yesterday for working at home. Easy assembly is about the only good thing there is about it. Does not flex, move at all. Up and down lever does not work at all so unless you are a small adult or child, thats the leg room you can use it with.

Don't waste your time and money

I bought this for a gift. Followed the instructions step by step. The chair did not lift at all. Brought 3 of them back to the store. The store clerks put one together too, same result and they had no idea what was wrong . No wonder the chair was so cheap, it does not work.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: I didn’t remove the black cap from the pump and now the seat is on how can I remove the seat from the pump?

A: You will need to separate the pump from the chair base. To do this, put weight on the base and pull the seat up. You can then remove the cover and re-install the seat. Please ensure it is safely secured before using the chair.
