Terrible, poor quality

This product is poor quality material. Peeling the internal stickers off caused the surface finish to come away in patches, revealing a cardboard like finish underneath. Adjusting a screw to compensate for tightening the frame meant losing the hole, as it fell apart because the piece is made of soft, pressed cardboard-wood. Half of the wood dowel pegs are all pretty loose.

Q: Do the cupboard doors actually open? Is this vanity open on the back to allow for plumbing?

A: Hello with the For Living Brookfield Bath Vanity it does have an opening on the back that will allow the plumbing etc to be hooked up under the sink. Also the unit does have 2 doors that do open for extra storage area and access to plumbing. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Q: What should be the size of the 'downpipe' from the sink to connect to the main piping? Got a standard downpipe but there is a gap between the pipe and the hole in the vanity ize.

A: The connecting downspout is 1.25" in diameter, which is standard. It will not fit in the hole snug. You will need to buy a drain kit (63-1305) and silicone which allows the drain to be connected from the top and bottom.
