Q: Would this item be okay to use on carpet? I plan on using it in the family room for my son's toys but want to make sure it would be sturdy enough on carpet and not hardwood flooring and/or tiles, etc.

Q: I bought this item a year ago. The bins had pieces under the lip that sat up on the rail nice. I bought the same product and the bins are different. They don’t have that piece that sits on the rail. Just the lip does. Is this a defect?
