I bought this (011-2013-2) to finish a repair on my very old CTC battery charger, part no. 11-1518, having replaced the ammeter which got broken; I also wanted to replace the missing alligator clip. I bought these, expecting them to match the ones on the charger but was surprised to find they were very flimsy, the jaws do not open wide enough to connect to anything over about 8 mm., but the most shocking thing was that the screw to connect the wire was so small that the head could never secure a wire like the 16 gauge one on the charger. It would never support the 25 amp. rating it is sold as having. The screws are not threaded into the clip body but have been screwed in without cutting the threads first; one was so tight that when I tried to remove it, the head of the screw stripped out.
But, they are inexpensive!
No, I do not recommend this product.

The little screws are "locked" there, "unscrewable" and too small for fixing correctly a wire. Sorry but, deceptive tool.

I don't think they are meant for permanent connections.

I got them because my previous solar panel clips had rusted out. I put these on and they started to corrode. I think they are meant for more temporary connections, but they are still a really good value if used for temporarily connecting something to your car battery.
