I had spoken to a friend about his previously purchased machine and he was pleased with it I purchased a unit and when I got it home and set it up all it would do when I pushed the button would make a humming noise.I called the help line and they were helpful in confirming I needed to return it to the store which I did and received a replacement because I live 100 miles from the service depot. I returned the unit got a new one and am now happy with the purchase.The staff at the Canadian Tire Store in Huntsville were very helpful and excellent as always.
