Woods™ Atmospheric Plus Airbeam Tent, 8-Person

We bought this tent in 2020, used it twice in the summer since then. Last year, 2022, it started leaking, like bad. We bought 8 cans of water proofing spray that did absolutely nothing to help. This year, 2023, it’s worse. Heavy rains & the inside was soaked & all of our things inside the tent were soaked. Contacted WOODS, they cant/won’t do anything because it’s been past a year. You think a tent that costs that much would last longer than 2 uses. It’s discontinued, but if it was still available I would not recommend it.

Got this tent 5 years, at 30% sale, been using it every summer since and it's amazing!! Tent is huge(for families) and very spacious, can split back room in 2(so have 3 room total) OR 2 rooms OR just one big room. Air beams are strong, there's plenty of screen windows for ventilation. Packing is the only downfall, but since it's a large tent, it's expected to take longer to clean and pack away.

I had been looking for an inflatable tent large enough to camp in comfortably with my family, found a few online but couldn’t justify the price. Decided to check Canadian Tire just to see what they had, I was not expecting to find anything but was surprised to find this tent in stock. I had it out 4 times this summer, twice when there was a rainfall warning. The positives about this tent: 1. takes me about 15 mins to setup by myself. 2. No leaks even after heavy rain. 3. The porch area is invaluable, we had an outdoor mat setup to keep the mud and dirty boots out of the tent 4. Headroom! (I’m 6’2) 5. Huge interior. I had a queen size air mattress setup and still had room on the other side of the inner tent for a change area and camping toilet setup. Had a small table and a couple chairs setup just inside the door and still had room to spare Areas to improve: 1. Other companies have a blackout inner tent that both insulated and keeps the sleeping area dark. Would be a nice feature here but not a deal breaker by any means. 2. The doors. Other companies have managed to figure out how how to make framed doors you don’t have to zip open and closed every time. As I get older it gets more difficult to reach all the way to the ground twice every time I want to open and close the door. For this reason I likely will not keep this tent for longer than 10 years. 3. When the sun is out it sure gets hot in there even with the windows fully open. 4. Not an area to improve but keep in mind you will need an area about 30’ by 25’ to set this thing up with it guyed out.

I’ve had this tent out several times now. Once there was a rainfall warning issued during a camping trip, never a leak or any other problem with the tent. It’s easy to setup alone, takes me about 15 minutes. Really appreciate the inner tent as it managed to keep any bugs that managed to get in the tent out of the sleeping area. I set it up with a queen sized mattress and camper toilet in the inner tent and a table with two chairs in the main section. Also, I’m 6’2” and love having standing headroom in a tent! Overall this rent is brilliant!
