Assembles easily when following instructions, but pictorials should be larger to show small details, as some parts can be assembled two different ways, which could affect later steps in the process. Suggest standard sheet size of 8.5" x 11" would be a better size for the instruction sheet - was only 5.5" x 8.5", and detail pictures are too small to see details easily. Colour pictures are important for this product, and helped but should be larger.

Spindle size issue

Ordered and picked up what is otherwise a fairly solid product but should have opened the box earlier to find the manufacturing issue. The front wheel forged steel spindles are oversized. As a result, the wheels bind and won’t slide on. The runners slide on but the caps also won’t fit on the oversized spindle. Will return and hopefully get a replacement by Christmas.

A: Pneumatic tires are part of the extra kits sold separately as the axle shaft diameter easily accepts the common pneumatic tires and could easily accept the airless pneumatic tires.

A: I would say 2 young children (toddlers) could fit in it comfortably or one older child. We use it for our 13 month old son who is quite tall (34 inches) and we could fit 2 of him in it. Any bigger and I'd say it would suit one child only - for comfort's sake.

Q: I need to use it in the city where often you can have patches with soft snow, rock-hard snow, ice, asphalt, or salt. Do you think it would be good to use two skies in the front and two wheels in the back?

A: Yes, this would work. The wheels do ride well through soft snow and over rock-hard snow, ice and asphalt. And the runners on front steer and track well due to the underside design.
