A: Maybe the description is wrong. The boot looks like rubber and smells like rubber. Just like the old fashioned rubber boots I got when I was a little girl. And they are not expensive and work great in the water too.

A: Ended up with a size 6, with only a ruler, they are 9 inches long, 3 inches wide at front of foot, 5 inches from ankle to toe, 2 inches wide around ankle. So narrow fit.
