Very large nice nice-looking mailbox.Spacious interior means I am not not getting my hand caught trying to take out the mail or flyers. The only thing is that the screw holes did not align with my older mailbox. So make sure you check for alignment, but it was easy to create new holes to secure.

Q: Can this mailbox be affixed to a fence for a house that's under construction?

A: From a product standpoint yes, you can zip tie it to whatever you'd like. From a legal standpoint I have no idea if you can do that but I would be sure to call Canada Post and ask where on the property they'd like it as they might not be willing to deliver if the conditions are "dangerous" aka they have to step over something to get to it. I've had experience with them not delivering mail b/c my 3 foot gate was too firm to open due to frost shifting, and they wouldn't step over it.
