Handy Adapter for Updating an Older Car

I purchased this 12V power adapter to bring the 21st century in to my car. I only had one cigar plug outlet so I installed this so that I could charge my cell phone and anything else USB and also to plug my GPS into. Drawback is it has to be hard wired as there is no plug on it. Bought a simple cigar lighter plug adapter with bare wires and connected them together. Has worked fine for my needs.

broke from package

looks good bought one took it out to use in parking lot notice back was off. took it back and got a replacement but did not open until I got home an hour away. Same thing back was not attached. Now have to drive another hour to replace.
