Q: Do the trays lock or do they just slide and fall out if tipping.

Q: Does Canadian Tire assume a warranty in case the manufacturer doesn't honour it? The reason I ask is that I posted a review here and they put their nice answer asking me to contact them. And they closed the "ticket". And don't answer anymore.
