This one was a gift, but I've had the same set for 7+ years. It has lasted well, is still in great shape, I keep it in it's case so no pieces are lost. Includes bits. Sometimes it's difficult getting pieces out but there are other pieces that can be used to help get them out.

A: Stanley will NOT replace the case or for that matter they will not sell a replacement case either. The best we can get out of the case is three years, winters in Manitoba are cold and plastic doesn't like the cold.
