Good, but not for e-bikes.

Easy to assemble. Easy to adjust for different bike sizes. Keep in mind this will not support the weight of e-bikes.
When driving on rough (bouncy) terrain the top bar support has a tendency to slide up and you can loose your bike on the road. Make sure you tighten and check periodically while transporting you bikes. Almost lost my 2G bike on the highway.

Good - but with problems

Once assembled, it holds the bike ok. Big problem with hitch pin - it does not fit on a 2”square hitch. Needed 3rd party pin to make it work at extra cost. Also - manuals not written well. Torques should be provided for assembly of bolts to prevent risk of over tightening.

Good rack

We have used the rack once so far to carry two mountain bikes. They fit well and felt secure, driving at 90 km/h. The rack was fairly easy to assemble. You need a wrench to tighten the bolts. We can open the trunk of our mid-size SUV with the rack on (without the bikes).
The rack sticks out behind the vehicle and cannot fold up when not in use (like a Thule), which is the only drawback so far.
I plan on putting red reflective tape or reflectors on the rack for safety. Shouldn’t this be standard? Overall, good rack at an affordable price.

A: After buying and return one, and then the second... I would say NO. It does have an adapter, but the bolt strips (forget about using it multiple times) and the design is clunky. Check the XTC 2 from MEC... I decided to go with that one for more than the discounted, but less than the MSRP pricing of this one... way better built quality.

A: Oui, si la roulotte dispose d'un cochon( attelage pour remorque). J'ai un fifthwheel et il a fallu que procède à l'installation d'une barre soudée ( hitch) afin d'utiliser le support. Le pare-chocs arrière n'est pas assez solide et fort pour supporter les bicyclettes.
