Rislone Block Seal Head Gasket Fix is the easiest solution to stop head gasket coolant leaks, seal cracked cylinder heads, and stop leaks
This formulation contains a combination of antifreeze compatible sodium silicate sealing liquid and various size gasket sealing particles which penetrate gaps & cracks and harden to permanently stop leaks.
Heavy duty formula works on aluminum and cast iron heads & blocks, along with sealing all other engine cooling system leaks better than a traditional stop leak. This includes repairing head gaskets, cylinder heads, intake gaskets, cracked blocks and freeze plugs
No draining of the cooling system is required, use with ALL types of antifreeze including conventional green or blue (Silicate-Based) and extended life red/orange or yellow (OAT/HOAT) coolant

Q: I have a 2005 Toyota Camry 3.3 l V6 with 420,000 KM that has a small external head gasket leak. Seems to leak a few tablespoons after the vehicle is parked. Is this the product I should use?

Q: What is Severely overheating? A previous answer stated that it can be used in a vehicle that can run for 15 minutes without refilling the coolant or severely overheating. My engine heat rises to about 100 degrees Celsius. Would that be considered "severely overheating"
11 years agoA: normal operating temp of *most* engines is between 90-104 degrees Celsius [or 195-220 F]. so to answer your question: no, that would not be considered 'severely overheating'..

a year agoA: It seemed to work for me at first. Unfortunately my head gasket failed in the same spot again, resulting in exhaust getting into the coolant. From my mechanics experience, it would have worked otherwise.

Q: I believe I have a gasket head gasket leak from a few years back. Recently my rad started leaking too. Will this product fix the rad leak as well as the head gasket, should I use Rislone 31186 Liquid Aluminum or both products?
4 years agoA: The P/N 31186 Liquid Aluminum would be OK to use if only dealing with a radiator leak. As long as the leaking head gasket and radiator are not too severe we can help with the P/N 31111 Rislone Head Gasket Fix.

Q: Can you pour into coolant reservoir?
5 years agoA: The Rislone Head Gasket Fix can be installed in the pressurized reservoir if there is no cap on the radiator. If there is a cap on the radiator the product must be installed there.

6 years agoA: Hello Fred, Yes, this product Rislone Head Gasket Fix P/N 31111 Is completely compatible with antifreeze and will work with just water too. If you used this product with just water and the leak is sealed you can drain the water and use a mix of 50/50% antifreeze and water, or pre-mixed 50/50% antifreeze.
