Q: Can this heater run without using the fan for an area without power ?

  • A: This heater requires power to generate heat. If the unit is not plugged into a functioning 120 volt outlet it will not work.

  • A: Taken from the manual. http://www.pinnacleint.com/pdf/REM-GFA-2014-EN-OIPM.pdf Carbon Monoxide Hazard This heater produces carbon monoxide, which has no odor. Burning the heater in an enclosed space can kill you. Never use the heater in enclosed spaces such as a tent, a camper, any vehicle or recreational vehicle (RV), enclosed shelter, or any other enclosed areas. Not for use in residential living areas or in non-adequately ventilated enclosed spaces. Never bring or store a propane cylinder indoors.

Q: Can this be used to warm a garage up to work inside?....in other words...is it safe to use while working inside the garage.
