it works if you can find it

this thing worked perfectly to allow me to use one of those little 1lb. camping tanks of propane to fire up my gas BBQ that has the regulatior fitting for a 20lb. propane tank. BUT it is stocked in the BBQ section of the store, NOT in the camping section. It took 3 service staff 10 minutes of head-scratching to fiure that out!

Q: Can this be used to refill a 1lb cylinder from a 20lb? I've seen similar looking valves that do that on websites
