A: je l’ai depuis plusieurs années et c’est la meilleure poêle que j’ai jamais eu. Anti adhésive et résistante. C’est sur que si on coupe dessus avec un couteau elle va s’égratigner. Mais la mienne est encore très propre et seulement légèrement grafignée.

A: I am not sure possibly a gentle cleaner like bartender's friend or something. I'm disappointed that mine has food sticking to it even though I've never let it get above the medium heat settand it's never been in a dishwasher

Q: What temperature is this safe till? Like some of the other pans say safe up to 450F - 500F or 250C etc. Does this have a safe temperature rating?

A: I have 2 pans, lg and sm but have never put them in the oven. My stove ranges from 1-10, and I never pit them on higher than 5 heat. I’ve had them for a couple of years and use them a lot. I also have the Dutch Oven and love it for soups and Chili. Same temp, never higher. Never stick. Hope this helps a bit.
