Love my rocking chair!! It is light but sturdy.
One of the reasons I purchased this was because of the high back and oversized seat.
I am thinking of buying another!!

A Very Good Deal

My husband purchased this chair in 2015 as a Mother's Day gift and I love it. This is a solid chair. There were a couple of rough patches in the wood that was easily sanded down. I'm 5'3" with a little hip spread so this is the ideal chair for me. My feet can now touch the deck and there is ample wiggle room to this chair. There is quite an opening between the bottom edge of the chair back and the curved seat so finding a thick chair cushion (with ties) if you want one might be hard to find and a little costly but the chair is very comfortable without a cushion. I would not hesitate to buy another.

We have had these for over a month now and are very happy with them.
Easy to assemble
A few slight imperfections on the wood - very small chips and scratches - barely noticeable
Did apply a protective coating as ours are exposed to direct sun a for part of the day
Have 2 here at cottage, plan on getting 2 more for home

Just assembled this rocker --very easy to do if you follow the directions. Cones with Alan key, but you'll also need a philips screwdriver. Seems to be a very sturdy chair and is comfy to sit in. Considering purchasing a second.

Q: Should I put some kind of protectant on my rocking chairs? My rocking chairs are outside all the time in direct sun and then also by a Woodstove and I'm worried about them drying out or cracking
