Went up in smoke

We recieved this blender to replace our last Oster because the motor was smoking everytime it was used. While today we were blending and the same thing, if not worse. This is such a safety hazard not to mention the smell that now won't go away. I am beyond disappointed and have reach out to customer care yet again..

I received my Delivery today

I just realized that the bottom cap fits small mason jars so you have a nice messy free smoothie! My last Oster blender was so noisy, this is 8 times more quiet. Blending functions deliver as promised, makes outstanding smoothies.

Pièce fendue (Threaded bottom cap)

J'ai reçu ce mélangeur en cadeau. Après quelques utilisations j'ai remarqué que le récipient coulait à la base. Le couvercle du fond fileté retenant la lame est fendu. Je suis extrêmement déçu de la qualité Oster. Comment me procurer cette pièce défectueuse ?

Need to replace the glass Jar only since it leaks froms the bottom ( the a glass chip at botton of Jar). Since it was a gift, i need to find a vendor near Montreal.

A: Great question! The Oster 7-Speed Digital Blender will not be able to mix stiff dough or grind raw meat. However, you can make batter that is more runny in consistency than dough, such as pancake batter.
