A: The heater has a thermostat on it so it turns itself on and off to keep the room at the temperature you set it.

Q: The manual says it needs at least 3 feet in front away from objects. But doesn't mention back or sides. What are the specifications for these areas?

A: From the sides of heater at least 1 foot away from wall or corner. I use a 1-2 foot ratio for sides and back of heater. Air space/ movement is good. Open space in front of heater warms up faster..

Q: I plugged in my heater to test it & everything worked great. Next time I used it I plugged in to a different outlet & my power went off in livingroom & the bedroom. After a few mins I was able to flick the breaker & the power came Any suggestions

A: sounds like you had just too many things on that circuit. the heater will use more power than a standard appliance. rule of thumb for me is i dont put anything except a heater on one circuit. the good news is your circuit breaker is doing its job and thats good for safety .
