This worked for less than 2 weeks, then once the temperature was -5 it stopped working. It worked again after we brought it inside. It’s not made for Canadian winter. Also the lasers could be dangerous for kids’ eyes.

Great look, terrible lifespan

When they are working, I love these lights. They are bright, the colors are pleasing Christmas classics, and the movement is hypnotic. I have a relatively large house that I struggle to decorate with traditional Christmas lights, and in 2023 I purchased 4 units for maximum coverage. Unfortunately, I've had 3 of the 4 units fail within a week of setting up the decorations this year (2025). So that is a 75% failure rate after only two Christmas seasons (and I have my doubts about the sole survivor.)
I may end up being a doofus and buying more, because I like the look that much, but know what you are getting into before buying. I have some cheaper laser lights purchased elsewhere online filling the gaps now--they were a quarter of the price, so when they inevitably fail, my disappointment will be less intense.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Year One: Works Well

Easy to use and it works! This laser light is busy-looking, appeals to our grandson, but certainly doesn't say 'all is calm, all is bright'. So do consider what else you have going on in your exterior decorations.

A: Yes, we have ours start at 6:00 pm and shuts off at 5:00 am. This is our second one our first was 9ish? When it stopped working, but we ran it 24/7 changing the settings for spring summer, fall and winter

Q: Does this model "remember" the last setting it was on when unplugged? I have all my outdoor lights controlled with smart switches, so I would like to be able to just cut/restore power and have it come back on how I had set it previously.

Q: My projector will not respond to the remote. I’m just getting a red flashing light. I tried unplugging to possibly reset it but that didn’t do anything. I am thinking there is a problem with the transformer/adapter- can only the transformer be replaced
