J'ai acheté ce produit en 2018. En 2021, il a codé E9. J'ai fait une réclamation et NOMA m'ont changé mon appareil pour un neuf identique. Cet été, même pas trois ans avec cet appareil, il code encore E9. J'ai alors fait une réclamation auprès de NOMA pour me faire répondre que la garantie est expirée. Alors j'ai revendiqué mon droit selon la loi sur la protection du consommateur, article 38, qu'un bien doit être tel qu'il puisse servir à un usage normal pendant une durée raisonnable. Je suis en colère de voir que ce fournisseur fasse encore businness avec vous. Je demande réparation de la part de Canadian Tire ou NOMA!

Poor quality product

Purchased November 2023. Only used for one summer, turned it on this year and it displays an E9 error and doesn't dehumidify. Apparently that error indicates a humidity sensor problem, Not a good purchase when after only one season of use it needs repairs,.

So disappointed, after just 16 months the E9 error. Outside of warranty. Online search doesn’t show any replacement parts available. Noma is expensive and such a waste of money. Never again.

Do not buy! This unit barely lasted two years, the humidity sensor died and there is no replacement parts. It is out of warranty, and Noma couldn’t help me

Q: We have the Noma for 3 weeks and have changed to different modes and I know it’s on,y May and humidity hasn’t started but the bucket is empty...not sure if we have set the mode wrong...have it on manual and the fan speed at low....

A: I would set it to continuous and on high. Watch for the E9 code. We had one come up on ours and it has to do with the humidity sensor. This cannot be replaced due to shortage of parts. We are now returning ours to the store for a new one.

A: bonjour, j'ai déjà appelé, la 1ère fois directement au no chez Noma, et la personne dit de déconnecter et de peser sur power 30sec. et reconnecter et que cela devrait fonctionner alors rien. La 2ième fois, la personne m'a dit que cela ne fonctionnait pas mais je lui ai dit que la page 13 disait bien de connecter un boyau mais m'a dit que je devais incliner le déshumidificateur pour que l'eau puisse s'écouler par le boyau mais que je n'avais un avec pompe que cela ne fonctionnerait pas et que j'avais juste à retourner et m'acheter un avec une pompe
