Disappointed

I bought 8 of these units at Christmas 2024 for my nieces and nephews and kept 1 for myself. I needed a boost this past winter and I didn't get 1 revolution of the engine. Thinking it was because it was stored in my truck over the past year, I charged it fully. About 2 weeks later, my truck battery ran out of power again. When I went to use the battery pack again, it failed to crank again. I had showed full power but after the crank, it showed 0 power. I called MotorMaster Customer support to see if they'd do anything and was told I didn't maintain a full charge every 30 days and this is the reason for no consideration. I understand the warranty had expired and that's fine but was hoping some understanding as their product had stopped functioning before 1.5 years. Quite disappointed as I've been going to CT for over 40years and was hoping for a better interaction.

Doesn't hold a charge

Unfortunately, similar to many many other reviews, it just does not hold a charge. I did as it recommended and have kept it charged and it stopped holding the charge after less than a year. Though I didn't really know that at the time. When I really needed it this year it failed me. I have only had it for a couple of years.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not recommended for long term

After 2-3years of owning this now it's broken. It won't hold anymore charge and the air pump also gave up.

Bought this product for emergencies, battery boost, inflating car tires, etc.
Used it once to boost a battery, the rest of the time it’s been used to keep car and bike tires inflated.
I’d save your money and buy a good manual foot or hand pump , that’s what I’d usually end up using after hauling this piece of equipment out of the basement, and then plugging it back in…
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: The internal battery may be damaged. Has it been recharged regularly? We suggest leaving the unit on charge for 3 days to see if the charger can slowly recover the internal battery.

A: AH is the amount of power available. I,E. 100 AH battery = 100 amps one hour or 10 amps for 10 hours etc.

A: Hi there, the run time will depend massively on the wattage draw of your speakers. Keep in mind also that the 12V outlet on this unit is fused at 5A, so regardless of what capacity inverter you plug into it, the maximum wattage available would be about 60W.

Q: My booster pack is the MotoMaster Eliminator 1000A model that doesn't have a 12v output socket. Can I connect the 12v booster cables to a low wattage inverter (100 or 200 watts) to provide 110v AC power?

Q: Can I run a trolling motor with this? What would the AH capacity be?

A: The internal SLA battery is rated 18Ah. It would be inadequate to power a trolling motor (not to mention potentially unsafe as the cables are designed to handle momentary current for jump starting, not continuous power output).
