Great travel car seat.

Great for travel. I wouldn’t use it for day-to-day but for travel, it’s the best solution. It is essentially a seat belt adjuster to ensure safe positioning. Kids don’t get a boost up like the standard seats so shorter kids may be unhappy that they can’t see out of the window.

Could be bigger

The seat itself is so small, my son complains that it hurts his behind. It does keep the seatbelt at the shoulder level but at the expense of comfort. Meaning the young ones wont want it.

Not great for large vehicles, difficult to adjust for child's comfort.

Awkward, uncomfortable. Kids did not like it. I was using in a larger truck though. I could see being useful in tight spaces, like 3 across in a smaller car.

Good for infrequent use

Good for infrequent use. Kind of a pain to buckle but it’s compact size is the selling feature. This manufacturer is the only one I’ve seen that acknowledges expiry dates are irrelevant. If the seat is in its original packaging, you can use it to your hearts desire.

Q: Can I use this Canadian version when traveling to the states?

A: If you are using this product in your car while travelling to/in the USA for vacation or shopping, there should be no problem using their Canadian mifold booster seat. However, if you are travelling by plane and renting a car, it may be problematic with the US laws.
