Great jack

Got this on sale. Best money I've ever spent on tools. Takes me about 15 minutes to change my oil now, and saves me about 5 minutes per corner when I'm adjusting my coilovers. the Low profile aspect is extremely helpful, it's got a fantastic build quality, and makes me feel really safe using it. I recommend this to anyone who works on their own car.
but be warned, she is a beast of a jack. At close to 100lbs, she's a big one.

HD jack that makes lifting big SUVs child's play.

This jack is built like a Sherman tank coming in around 100lbs so this is one serious car guy jack. It swoops under lowered vehicles no problem and the crazy 24" lift is higher than most jack stands but 4WD guys will love it. I raise the back of my vehicle under the rear diff in seconds making tire rotations fast. Awesome.

Q: What is the "low profile" length of the jack? i.e., what is the distance from the centre of the jacking pad to the angled part of the jack?

A: The length of the lowest profile section of the jack, from the center of the cradle to where is slopes up, is ~16". It's 3" high at the base of the slope. Total length from the center of the cradle to the handle is ~26.5".

Q: Is there a maintenance guide for this jack? My jack is just around 1 year old. now, when I go to lower the car with it, It's started creaking and making "Ticking" sound. How do you properly maintain this unit?

A: You can call our Customer Relations Department (1-800-387-8803) to obtain a copy of the owner's manual. This unit carries a one year exchange warranty against manufacturing defects. If it is under a year old and defective, you can take it to your local Canadian Tire store, with your receipt, for an exchange. Warranty exchanges without the original receipt will be offered at the Canadian Tire store’s discretion.
