Unit failed after a few minutes.

This thing lasted about 5 minutes. I drove for an hour to return it and there were none in stock. I paid the extra $30 for the Ingersoll Rand. It was well worth the extra money to get a reliable tool.

Works but will come loose

Purchased it for some work I was doing on my truck. Was glad I had, it made it way easier. At some point it came loose in the middle where the hammer unit attaches to the handle. Tightening it didn't do anything and it just leaked air past the threads. A little but of teflon tap fixed that but it still came loose very quickly. I could tighten it by hand and continue to use.
TO PERMANENTLY FIX I simply left a few starting threads and put a normal amount of teflon following those. then red loctite on the clean starting threads and set overnight. now it doesn't leak or loosen

A magnificent and versatile tool for your toolbox

This is a great tool. It was easy to use for both my wife and me. We removed all the grout off the kitchen, bathroom, main hallway and laundry room floors with ease. It performed very well.

Not as strong and part was damaged before use

Spring holding the chisels was bent already out of the box and would not hold chisels in place. Also the tool was very weak.
