Tumbler is good!

So far so good. I have put a few hundred brass casings through the tumbler, and all is great! I read some reviews that said the tumbler was loud, it’s just a hum in the background for me. Maybe folks don’t use enough of the polishing media, or maybe they’re putting too much product to be polished in. Whatever the case, mine is not loud at all. Great piece of gear!

mastercraft polisher.

We tried this with walnut shells, glass beads and finally crushed glass. After 4 hours there was only a slight hint that it was beginning to work, it would probably take another 8 hours at least to produce decent results. This unit is just a toy

Five years old and still going strong

I bought this vibratory tumbler to clean .338 Lapua brass. I do 50 rounds per cycle with Lyman's green, followed by the red to polish. 1 hour each media. No doubt it is noisy, but thats expected for such a cleaner.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Can this be used as a rock tumbler.

A: I tried this exact thing and I can tell you it's a hard no. These aren't designed to run for an extended period of time (and by that I mean more then a few hours), and will actually shake itself apart when you try.

A: We recommended to use the medium to remove rust to polish the stone, but this is dependent on the hardness of the stone and whether it is rough or fine polished.

Q: 1. Can you use this tumbler to help to clean off rust from nuts and bolts and if so what type of media would be best? 2. Could this tumbler be used on metal golf cluheads to and if so what would the best media be? Thanks

A: For your first question yest it can be used to clean metal nus and bolts. The media type would be rust cutting resin abrasive media. For your second question metal gold club heads can be used if it can fit into the tumbler. The media type recommended is 80 grit glass bead blast media. Please note if the golf club heads are painted it the paint may be destroyed. Please see attached blast media guide (photo) for more information.
