Q: How can I take the punch out from the plastic block (part of the packaging)??
2 years agoA: Hong, Sorry for the inconvenience and frustration, it would seem as though the unit/packaging you received is defective, please return it to a Canadian Tire store for exchange. It really should be as simple as "In one hand grab the punch and the other hand grab the holder. Using the hand that is grabbing the punch, pull hard and the punch will come out of the hanger." Q: none of your center or line up punches give the length only diameter
