good for what they are

The bar clamps are useful, but I haven't found much use for the rest of the kit.

Does the job

These do the job and is decently priced when on sale. The bar clamps are similar to the stand along mastercraft ones, but feel a bit less robust. Keep in mind these are mostly plastic so go for the all metal F clamps if you need power. The smaller end is fixed on the bar (can be reversed for spreading) instead of sliding which actually makes them less hassle to use. The bag is decent but extremely bulky, I store them without the bag but it's too nice to just throw away, I'd like to see the kit without the bag and a buck or two cheaper TBH.

not worth the trouble to carry to my car

I bought this set on sale and although the spring clamps are fine, the bar clamps are terrible, as soon as I tighten them they just go loose and fall off with zero pressure. No matter what I try they will not hold pressure very disappointed. will not buy another master craft bar clamp of this style again.

Q: Why doesn't the picture match the description? The picture shows 2 large bar clamps & 2 small bar clamps, but the description details 4 small spring clamps. Which is correct?

A: We were transitioning over to a new 10 piece clamp kit, and had thought that we had moved through all of the old set inventory. The website has been updated back to the older set.
