I had purchased several sets in 2013 or so for my cold room storage. Very pleased with them. Now purchased two units for my pantry. Good product, lasting materials, easy to assemble!

good price, poor connector, risky

Good price. But this version does not have a good connection between top and bottom pieces. Small piece of plastic connector and a very weakly made connector metal piece that quickly bends out of shape and pops out of place. The 2025 update to the 36in rack has a much more robust tie in mechanism. I would not buy this again, but will leave this one shelf to see if it works or falls down.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not a bad shelf once set up but don’t try and move it assembled as it will fall apart. This is not a heavy duty shelf that you could pass on to your kids but ok as long as you don’t move it.

A: The two halves need to be connected with a shelf. The upper part of the shelf should be connected to the top half and the lower part of the shelf should be connected to the bottom half

Q: Where can I get replacement parts? The plastic connectors on the shelves that connect the bottom and top together have been misplaced. Where can I order new ones?

A: There are no additional parts for this unit. It is a one year exchange warranty for any manufacturing defects redeemable at your local Canadian Tire store.
