I picked this set up on clearance, for a great price. Had it for a couple weeks now, got some light use out of it, but it has been too cold to work on my vehicle with it yet. It has all the necessary pieces, and seems well made.

Bought this set on an in store clearance and it is better than I had hoped. Quite a complete socket set for the home mechanic. Not a complaint but since there is no case for this kit I ended up having to buy a tool cabinet and chest to house it in and had to buy a fairly large one to fit the trays of sockets in. On the plus side I now have a complete set of tools neatly stored and organized in my garage. Quite happy with the entire package.

Bought this on sale 76% off, cant go wrong at that price.
I had a different socket set i had bought 30 + yrs ago that served me well but is now incomplete. This new set has all I will need for car maintenance and with the free replacement warranty I will not need another one in this lifetime.

Great set when on sale

I have this set since the spring of 2020 and it is by far the best value if you have the storage space for it. I do a little mechanic on my cars and so far this set did not let me down. I was used to the cheaper sets that come in a case and I was always using a compromise tool or I had to borrow the tools that I needed. This set has the added feature of being easy to spot the right size of socket and it is super easy to spot if you are missing a tool in the trays. There are some sockets that I probably will never use but I like to know they are there just in case.

A: If you look closely at the picture on line you can see that they are very thin cheap plastic. They will stand up to being in your tool box for a couple of years but after that they will start to become all cracked and you will need to throw them out. Still worth getting the set on sale though. Just wait for it...It will go on sale.

A: The sets can be used in our Maximum or Mastercraft brand, preferablity anything over then 30 inch; Best is to visit your local CT store as they will have some on display to see which best fits.
