The Mastercraft 20V Max Li-Ion Cordless Hammer Drill features a 2-speed gearbox with variable speeds: low range of 0-420 RPM/0-5460 BPM for higher torque applications such as driving screws, and high range of 0-1500 RPM/0-19,500 BPM for effectively drilling into hard materials
Features a 1/2" single-sleeve keyless chuck for fast and easy accessory changes and superior bit-grip
Short hammering action delivers up to 375 in-lbs of torque - ideal for drilling into stone, block or brick
24-position torque clutch allows you to select the appropriate torque setting for the job at-hand
Built-in LED work light allows for greater work space visibility
Rubber-coated grip for added comfort and control
4 LED lights indicate the battery charge level
20V max lithium-ion battery is up to 50% lighter than a similar voltage nickel-cadmium battery, and holds a charge for up to 18 months between uses
Active-Charge Plus® technology performs a full diagnostic test and exchanges information between battery and charger - maximizing performance and prolonging battery life

Q: Hammer or Drill Does this have a switch to select between hammer drlil and just a drill?
13 years agoA: Yes. There's a ring, with 3 symbols on it. A drill bit (for drilling#, a screw #for driving screws#, and a hammer #for the hammer drill setting). You just turn the ring to line up the symbol with the arrow.

Q: Does anyone know if this drill can do concrete 1 inch hole with ease?
7 years agoA: See vendor's reply: We would be more comfortable to recommend the user to do a 1/2” hole in concrete with this cordless hammer drill. For 1” hole in concrete we would recommend to use a corded rotary hammer.
