Do not buy - BBQ fire

We used this once on our Napoleon BBQ and the plastic on the rotisserie motor started melting and lit the BBQ on fire, melting the lid and burners. It completely ruined our BBQ.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that you experienced a fire! The photo provided shows the aftermath of a grease fire, most likely caused by the use of lump charcoal still evident in the photograph. Lump charcoal should NEVER be used in a gas grill as it can damage the components of the grill and create a mess leading to a grease fire like the one you experienced. The hot grease accumulated on the lump charcoal ignited the grease build-up in your burner box and/or grease tray which then caused the motor to melt. The motor in your photograph appears mostly intact other than minimal damage caused by the fire within your grill. For replacement parts for your grill, please reach out to Napoleon directly. Going forward ensure you’re following the guidelines of your grill by not using charcoal briquettes in a propane gas grill and always putting down a drip tray when using a rotisserie. Please reach out to your local Canadian Tire to find out if an exchange/reimbursement is an option.

I purchased this but had to return it. There was no way it would fit on my bbq even though it was described as a universal fit. It seemed fine when I was taking it out of the box just wouldn’t fit my grill.

We aren't sure which model grill you have, however for rotisserie information for your specific grill, please reach out to your grill manufacturer. You will need to have your model number and possibly the serial number handy to provide. Your grill's manufacturer will be able to assist with purchasing the correct rotisserie for your specific grill.

Q: Does this fit the master chef turismo smoker grill

A: No, unfortunately your Grill Turismo Pellet Grill does not have wholes for a spit rod. Because the Pellet grill is built for low and slow cooking, a spit rod is a nice to use, but not necessary for getting perfectly cooked foods.
