Not up to the job!

Online description says it "Holds 4 Full Racks of Ribs". Interestingly the box makes no such claim. Used once, will return. The supports are too short for back ribs, good luck with side ribs! They are also too close together, crowded ribs won't cook as well and will take longer. The supports also didn't lock into place on mine but this was due to a slight manufacturing defect. Nice that it folds up but that's it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

It works, but is a bit tight on space

It works as advertised and is dishwasher safe, but it is quite narrow to accommodate large ribs. If only some of the wires could be left, folded such that the outer two can be used to give more space, but this is not the case. With larger ribs, they are not flat and straight so they will collide with each other using this rack.
