Great value for money. 5 years on the BBQ still works great, although some of the parts have rusted and/or broken, specifically the flame tamers and cast iron grill (rusted) and crossover assembley (broken).

I waited for a while to purchase this BBQ (hoping it will go on sale), but BBQ season arrived so I bought one. Need two people to assemble, easy to follow instructions. takes about 60 to 80 minutes. We barbecue chicken, ribs, steaks, hamburgers... great heat, cooks fast. Make sure to have everything ready, because once you star cooking, it will be done fast. Happy with it.

A: Any chance of displaying a photo of said wheels? Based on the only two images available here, it appears the frame is flush with the ground on the front and left side, making it difficult for me to imagine how the apparatus would be tilted and rolled on wheels, if wheels do exist (the front panel, flush with the ground, would scrape, if there were wheels...would it not?). Any chance of sharing a photo of the wheels? Are they hiding on the back? Thanks!!

Q: I have this exact model of bbq (propane) and am moving to a place with natural gas supply built into my patio. Is the E480 able to be converted to natural gas? I see newer models have a duel fuel stamp, mine doesn’t seem to say anywhere if it is possible.

Q: What does the button on the far right do? We turned it left and right but it just screwed/unscrewed the it. When we pushed it down it didn't do anything. There was nothing inside the button but a spring and it doesn't seem to trigger anything?
