easy to mold

I like my smoker. It does a great job with everything from salmon to chicken. My only quirk is it seems to mold within a couple of weeks between uses. Any ideas on this?

Mais après moins de 8 mois d'utilisation, mon thermomètre a rendu l'âme et la compagnie ne répond même pas a mes courriels.

Inferior product is right

I was excited to bring this product home. However, after installation, I realized what an bad product this is. The paint would rub on the shock absorber and expose the ceramic. The cover doesn't seal well and ceramic is exposed next to the springs in the back. I am trying to get my money back.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great addition to my Traeger wood pellet smoker ! The steaks are amazing and the wood fired pizza is to die for . Nothing beats lump charcoal with wood chips for adding a nice smokey flavour to food. Good quality for the price

A: A 15” internal diameter is correct. The outer diameter is 18”.

Q: Où puis-je trouver un déflecteur de chaleur de la bonne dimension pour ce modèle? Pour les cuissons lente, tout les BBQ Kamado sont utilisés avec un déflecteur de chaleur (heat deflector) pour éviter les surchauffe directe. Je n'ai pas trouvé d'information sur le modèle de déflecteur de chaleur pour le Kamado Louisiana. Merci!
