Made of Swiss-formulated, stain-resistant material with a non-stick ceramic interior cooking surface that is both PTFE and PFAO free, you can really turn up the heat with this set. Tempered glass lids lock in heat, moisture and flavour while simultaneously allowing you to monitor the cooking process. The set is safe for use with induction oven, gas stovetop, oven heat up to 400°F/204°C, ceramic stovetop and electric stovetop.

Reviews are true. I followed all the instructions and took care of this set, knowing they could get stained and ruin the beautiful white. They still got sticky and chipped and stained.

I should have read the other reviews before buying. Pots started to stick after 3 months and started to stain after 6 months. The "ceramic" started to flake off after a year. I've been very gentle with them all along.
