This maximizes heat conduction not only on the bottom of the pots and pans, but up and around the sides. Each piece has a stainless steel finish. The tempered glass lids seal in moisture, heat and flavour while letting you see the cooking process. The set is induction and dishwasher safe.

Good set very heavy and has a nice finish, pots are a narrower variety but still seem fine, clean up easy and without staining, boil them off before using!
