A: Hello Pauline, The only cleaning solutions that can be safely used with Braava Jet 240 are the Braava jet® Hard Floor Cleaning Solution and the Bona Hardwood/Hard Surface Cleaner. Please do not use other cleaning solutions as they may cause corrosion or buildup and affect the operation of the robot

A: The iRobot Braava Jet 240 Mopping Robot uses custom cleaning pads that the robot reads and automatically customizes cleaning based on pad type. Included in the purchase of the Braava Jet 240 are; 2 wet mopping pads, 2 damp sweeping pads and 2 dry sweeping pads. Where is support hiding

Work great for six months then died. Online with product support for two months to no avail. Have done everything that they've asked have done everything they've wanted yet I have a nonworking six month old brava jet.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Was good when it worked!

It was great when it worked! Had it about a year and it now goes about a few inches and stops.

Cute iRobot, bad performance, and worst customer service

The great thing about Braava is that it is superb cute. BUT It stopped functioning after a week. The rubber on the wheel dropped off. And then the entire cycle was out of order. It is true Braava is too small for large space like any living room. It worked only 1,5 hour max for the first time. The second time it worked only few minutes and it turned off. Didn't figure why. More issues showed up and it became nightmare. Since December 2021 I am calling every second week the customer service for instructions and return label. Currently I reached the priority level and my case should be resolved as soon as possible. Since December I am still waiting for instructions...but no respond, no return label, no money back, no working Braava. Just angry. Our household has old model of iRobot 6... it's been four years since we bought it and it is still working. We decided update the model and purchased iRobot i3 with Braava together. It feels like a big mistake. iRobot i3 is somehow good coworker but compared to our old model is just not what I was excepting. It has better suction, better dumpster container, but worse wheels, hanging on pieces of furniture, crashed, and it is still kind of loudly. I always recommend this company, because we were so happy with our old model. Now, I don't recommend this company anymore. I am pretty sure that any other robot is better then the new iRobot models. And the customer service is really really bad. Calling them every second week and listening the same dialogue is frustrating.

I LOVE THIS LITTLE GUY!

I received this as a Christmas gift from my kids last year and was skeptical. I am someone who scrubbed my kitchen floor on my hands and knees because I thought mops just pushed around the dirt and didn't get the floors really clean. Since setting this little robot loose, I've only scrubbed my floors the old way twice within the past year. This little mop is amazing in the quality of mopping it does. I've used it on linoleum, tile and even my hard wood floors. It does an amazing job. I do run it twice in my kitchen because the area is large. I'm purchasing a second battery so that I don't have to wait for the first one to recharge between moppings. LOVE this product.

Misleading descriptors

Looks like it cleans fine; but, before i bought this, i looked all over their site and they specifically said ALL roombas and braavas we're compatible with alexa. Get this home to find out if it's not even wifi. It is nluetooth only and will not work with alexa. They need to fix their propaganda
