Not worth the hassle! Stick with keyed locks.

Hard to reset combination, need 2 people and 4 hands. Would not accept new combination, and was a pain to get set back to factory setting. Eventually succeeded, and left at factory set combination.

A: Once I had entered the correct combination, I still had to use a very large (!) pair of pliers in order to get the leverage necessary to rotate the lock to the open position.

Q: From what I see and read about the ability to change the combination, it seems there is a weakness in the design that would allow someone to remove the lock by resetting the combination. Am I missing something? Only possible with an open lock maybe?

A: I have over 22 of the Huntshield Trigger Combination locks. You MUST know the combination to remove the lock. Then when the lock is open CAREFULLY using a pin push in the reset button to set the new code. Keep pressure on the reset button and release when the 3 numbers are set. Don't screw up when setting the new code.

Q: Instrucyions not clear and unable to opem combination lock. States position dial to setting? WHAT SETTING? And then what to do after. Lock is new Is anyone able to send me layman terms on how to set and open the Huntshield combination lock?

Q: Is there a trick to getting the 2 halves apart I just bought 5 of these locks and have opened 2 and I can't open either with them still set to factory 0's Should just pull apart. Instructions show a button to push, but these don't have button
