Excellent treadmill

I bought this treadmill 7months ago and is amazing in every aspect. I previously owned a Nordik track and you can tell quality price this one outweighs it. The incline and speed and easy set up were great! Not only that but the weight capacity makes for stronger components.

I bought this in Jan 2020 and have been using it a few times a week since then. Overall it works pretty well.
Downside is that the fan is really weak, even at max speed it's just a barely there breeze.

This is a wonderful, sturdy treadmill. I’m so happy and lucky to have found it. Delivery was fast, but it is heavy! My husband and I were stuck in the front doorway until a relative had time to come lift it with us. Fantastic though! Thanks Canadian Tire!

A good treadmill for light duty/entry level use. Construction was pretty easy and the booklet was accurate. Some of the connections have to be assembled while you are underneath the uprights reaching up, so a bit awkward. Be patient and be ready! I assembled this myself without too much difficulty. Was able to move it through our backyard and into our walkout basement fine, moved the parts separately. If you have to move this by stairs, you'll need two people for sure. The treadmill deck is very heavy (about 75 kg) and awkward. Took about 90 minutes to put together, but wasnt difficult. My wife has been using it for a week and likes it. It will be really convenient when the winter weather comes back. We're in central Alberta, so snow, wind and cold weather take its toll!

A: I have this treadmill and just contacted the manufacturer to see which of the previous answers is correct. He says the treadmill does not have a transmitter to read an outside source. The first answer should be removed.

A: Impossible, ça prend absolument un pick-up.... et deux hommes très forts, car il est vraiment lourd!! (Même en ouvrant la boîte pour transporter les morceaux séparément, il est impossible de démonter la section principale qui est vraiment la chose la plus lourde du monde!)

A: Malgré la réponse officielle de Canadian Tire, moindrement qu'il y a des escaliers à monter ou descendre je conseille vivement d'appeler des déménageurs, ou alors de se prévoir deux hommes très forts! Le problème n'est pas tant ses dimensions, que son poids qui est très lourd.

Q: How long can I use the treadmil for running per day. My family will use it 3~4 hours every day, but I saw an information as below on another website. "2.0 to 2.5 CHP: Recommended for 3 to 5 hours per week of jogging and/or running use"

A: The CT9.3 will hold up to that kind of stress as long as the machine is maintained properly by lubricating the belt regularly and keeping the unit cleaned. The size of the motor really does not have much to do at all with how the machine will perform. The overall longevity of the machine will be shortened with that kind of usage as that would be closer to a light commercial usage of a product (i.e. if it normally would last 10+ years it might only make it 5+ years before needing some major repairs (belt, deck, etc.)).

A: 1-855-396-2524 is the number for Technical Assistance directly from the Manufacturer -Johnson. They can direct you step by step over the phone If the Phone call cannot solve the issue then they can direct a Service Person to your home to fix the problem
