Not happy with item and local CT

I purchased this product and it got a clog. I followed all the instructions to remove clog. The light remains that it is clogged and does not have any power to pick up anything. I take good care of my products. The machine still has tags on it. It is clean. Very disappointed and no help from Hoover or CT store where I purchased the item. Staff very rude and not helpful whatsoever.

I don't recommend

I have owned my Hoover React for just over a year. Initially although heavier than my previous vacuum it did a good job of cleaning. However the brush roll (Floor Sense) would cut in and out depending on how you held the handle, and now has stopped working completely. I don't recommend this product

Worse vacuum ever

My husband bought this while I was away visiting my sister..1st mistake..it is heavy..cumbersome..and God forbid you sneeze around it as it will go crashing to the floor and break into pieces thus littering your floor with the dust and dirt you just vacuumed up..I can't remember ever disliking a product this much. It ends up causes more work than it actually accomplishes..it is so top heavy that when you go to move a piece of furniture to get under it it will go crashing to the floor if your not holding onto it firmly..there is NO way of properly supporting it between chores..without it going crashing to the floor..what have I learned from this besides making my husband promise not to make a purchase without me trying it out..I've learned he will be doing all the vacuuming..why did I have to give it even 1 star?

Does not work on carpets

I was so excited for this Vacuum, as I read so many great reviews on it. The second I brought it home from the store I plugged it in and the brush roll runs for a second and then turns off. The brush roll will only run on a flat hard surface and the second you take it to any carpeted service it stops. I tried to use the Hoover app to see if that was the issue and it wasn’t. Very sad and disappointed. It’s getting returned.
