Mine works well

my mom bought few of these like 4 years ago and i pulled it out and they are working just fine. except the batteries will drain fast (every 6 months) and i do not have any problems with them. one of the reason might be you guys didn't realize there is not power on or off button, all you need to do is to let it power on by stepping 1 leg on first AND NOT YOUR WHOLE BODY. then everytime it goes off you use 1 leg to put it back on and it's totally fine with mine.

This is a terrible inaccurate scale. You are not able to get the same reading twice. Very poor quality. Don't waste your money.

La balance est lente pour donner un résultat, n'est pas fiable sur le poids, le poids change légèrement lors de 3 utilisation consécutive en moins de 5 minutes.
Le taux d'eau et pourcentage de tissus adipeux, constant, mais je ne sais pas si les chiffres donnés sont réel et précis.
Les batteries se sont décharger après un an d'utilisation, j'ai mis de nouvelle batteries neuves et la balance a fonctionné une fois seulement.
Elle craque beaucoup, comparativement à des balance plus standart.
Je ne recommande pas cette balance, une simple balance à cadran va être un meilleur choix et plus durable.

Ce pèse- personne ne donne pas le bon poids !!! A chaque utilisation, il affiche un poids différent variant parfois de quelques livres.

Q: Turning on the scale? Touching the scale with your foot does not turn it on. I had to use my foot on the back edge of the scale to tilt the front part up and let it drop to give it a little jolt to turn it on. Is this what everybody else is experiencing?

A: I just bought one and it does not turn on either. As said by others, I have to move it on the floor to turn it on.

Q: How does it measure body fat? Is the scale actually capable of measuring body fat, or does it give you what the percentage would be if you had the average amount of body fat for your height, weight, age and gender? Same goes for the hydration.

A: It gives you the average body fat and water weight based on the age-gender-height info you provide.

Q: Body fat/Hydration indicator doesn't work. I followed the instructions, but can't get anything beyond the body weight reading. After it gives me the body weight, the screen goes blank. I'm still standing on the scale with my bare feet waiting. I don't see the row of zeroes that is suppose to pop up. My info was put in before use. Does anybody know how to make it work?

A: I usually tap it with my foot so the screen wakes up and then step on it. If the screen dies quickly after displaying your weight it may need a new battery.

Q: How do you get your correct height? I am only 5'3" and the scale only starts at 5'9". Is there a way to get to a lesser height? I won't get an accurate reading if it won't let me enter my correct height.

A: You might have a problem with your scale. Mine starts at 5 foot. Try setting a second user.

A: parce-que ce genre pese personne, fait passer un tres tres leger courant electrique dans le corps afin de mesurer le taux de gras/hydratation. plus le courant a de difficulter a passer plus il y de gras....

A: If use want to read the body fat and hydration (ie Water): 1) Select USER Number with "up" button 2) Press SET button to confirm 3) After selection, 0.0kg and all personal data will be displayed for 3 sections 4) wait for 3 seconds 5) If data is not correct, press SET to reset 6) Step on the scale with bare feet 7) Dotted flashing lines will be show 8) User's weight will be displayed 9) "0000" is hown and the 0s will disappear one by one 10) Weight and personal data will show 11) wait for 5 seconds 12) Body fat%, Body Water (=hydration) %, Muscle % will show for 5 seconds, such as the in the image below: 13) Scale auto off For a copy of the instructions, please call Customer Relations at 1-800-387-8803.

Q: Measures weight only I've only been able to get it to show 'zero zero zero zero' after showing the weight once or twice. It measures weight, but does not give the other readings. Is there a trick? I've done it with bare feet, wet and dry. No difference.

A: Does it show 4 zeros'? If so you have to stand on it longer. The 4 zeros are a countdown. It goes to 3 then 2 then 1 after they are gone you will see the other information
