These are a great set of pots especially if you have arthritic hands as they are very light in weight. We have 2 of The Rock frying pans that we have used and loved. Can’t wait to cook many meals in these.

A: Yes, but they do make a Rock set that has a bit of a rubber product on the handles to prevent that.

A: Yes. That is usually how I wash them. They have held up fine. Sometimes they need extra washing after, but they are still in great condition. It’s been 1.5 years and they still look new. I don’t use metal utensils on them. just plastic, wood or silicone coated utensils.

Q: The handles are aluminum. Are they heat resistant? Do they get hot? Will I need to wear an oven glove to hold or lift.

A: I almost always handle them with my bare hands without a problem. Once in a blue moon, the handle does get hot: at those times, I usually just use a rag to protect my hand (i.e. the heat is not so intense to require an oven mitt).
