Garbage right out of the box

Started off a little worried by the poor English on the box, but that escalated quickly because setup step #1 could not be completed. The provided alan key for the very first bolt does not fit. None of the alan key's I have in my garage fit this bolt either. Very first step, and it's impossible to get past it.
No, I do not recommend this product.
