A: This particular blender is not designed to work in a car, although you could try using an adapter to see. I think it might be a little big though. The motor base and blender cup are separate and might detach while driving.

Q: What does "This product carries a 5 year exchange warranty redeemable at any Canadian Tire store" mean. The users manual states it has a one year warranty and has to be returned to Hamilton Beach for service. Does this mean that Canadian Tire covers it for 5 years?.

Q: can it make spinach dip, or a smoothie with kale or swiss chard

A: I have used kale in it however it does not liquefy the kale. Spinach dip is way too thick to properly blend. again, this is for making drinks, not dips.
