côté cup :(

Le côté carafe va très bien, mais le côté cup holala ça fait 2 fois que je la change :( la quantité d'eau ne fonctionne pas bien la cup fond ou brise la cafetière arrête à 1/2 café ensuite le reste de l'eau coule partout donc....j'ai changé de model. On m'a dit que c'est à cause que j'ai un adoucisseur d'eau mais bon j'ai préféré changer de model.

Hamilton Beach products are the way to go. 5 year automatic warranty, no receipt required! The plastic bottom pods are a little tricky to use, but we figured it out!

au début tout fonctionne bien et malgré un lavage régulier le temps d'infusion s'est augmenté progressivement et après 13 mois, l'eu ne monte plus ! très décevant à ce prix

J'aime beaucoup cette cafetière ...elle fait des portions unique avec café moulu ou avec des K-cup si on a juste besoin d'un café et si il y a plusieurs cafés à faire parce qu'on a des invités , on peut faire une grosse carafe . Elle est programmable et pour ma part si elle brise , je sais que j'irai en chercher une pareille parce qu'elle m'est très utile !

Got it for a friend. She LOVES it. Especially the travel mug to go serving. Her "go-to" in the morning. And she's a dark roast gal, so the programmable settings are "da bomb"!!

Q: Water Reservoir? In the pic there doesn't seem to be a reservoir like my Keurigs. Do you have to add water for every cup or pot?

A: There is a 12 cups reservoir but you cant have more than 10 ounces of water in the reservoir for the single cup side, meaning you must add water to the reservoir for every single cup made, If there is more than 10 ounces of water in the reservoir and you try to do a single cup, the machine will give an error. There is no selection for the cup size as an "official" Keurig does, all the water in the reservoir is heated and goes through. For the pot side you can make 4 to 12 cups. The machine I bought gave a terrible plastic taste to the coffee on the single cup side

Q: K-Cup usage K-cup not working until I unlock then a small amount of water and coffee grinds are in my cup, if I use single cup filter it works fine. Please help.

A: There are differences between "K-cups" and "K-cups 2.0" because of a patent dispute. The best way to tell the difference between them is that the "2.0" versions seem to have a white ring around the outside on the foil lid, and the older style does not.

Q: smell, taste and appearance... normal?? Bad smell, rotten taste and an oily appearance when I brewed first cup and first carafe in my Hamilton Beach model 49984C. Can I do anything more?? Help!! Please

A: Run water into the machine prior to regular use at least 2 times and additionally wash the parts in the dishwasher without sanitizing it. That's enough to remove the smell and plastic taste.

Q: carafe warming plate I see on Consumer reports site that the carafe warming plate gets hot even when using the single cup function on model 49983. Does this model do likewise?
