Didn’t do much on my truck

On tougher applications it doesn’t work at all. Wouldn’t recommend for cars, you will need to use a scraper and that will probably scratch your paint.

A: I don't know about decals... I use it mostly to remove stickers on plastic containers, for which it works well.

A: Yes, you can use this to remove a sticker. Be sure to wash the Goo Gone residue off after with a mild dish detergent and warm water after use.

Q: will this clean my bath tub??? is this product any good to clean an enamel bathtub??This tub is the old fashioned claw foot type and is stained very badly!!Nothing I've tried so far has worked>>Also this tub is approx. 100 years old

A: Try filling the tub with hot water and dump a couple gallons of White Vinegar and let it soak overnight. I did this in a badly stained shower and it removed all the stains in under 24 hours just from soaking ;)

Q: Will this product remove old caulking from around a bathtub so I re-caulk the tub with new caulking

A: Use a razor blade to remove the existing caulking. If you attempt to use Goo Gone, the new caulk won't adhere to the surfaces and create the seal. Do not use goo gone for this application. You will.never be able to thoroughly clean the surfaces sufficient for proper future caulking.

Q: Does goo be gone work on dried glue that has been sitting for awhile. I tried soap and water but it didn't come clean.

A: Not sure about glue. For that you need cleaner for glue. Goo Gone does work well for almost all sticky bits. Grampy

A: Goo Gone works to remove adhesive, crayon, gum, and glue from approved surfaces. This product will not remove a finish or wax/shine from flooring. If this is product build up residue, we recommend to contact the manufacture of the product for safe removal directions from your laminate flooring.
