Do you have the 3 inch width version of this tape?

Your 1 inch tape is not wide enough for deeper gaps. Do you have the 3 inch width version of this self-fusing silicone tape? You need to sell the 3 inch width version of this tape. We prefer clear/transparent color, which is best for repairs.

Q: Can this tape stop a small leak at a pipe joint?,

A: I’m not sure as I purchased it to wrap around fence post to hold Christmas lights. It’s excellent tho, very stretchy and holds very tightlly and securely. I feel it would work with more than one layer.

Q: What is the maximum pipe diameter and pressure this tape can handle?

A: There is not a maximum diameter within these material specifications; you could apply the tape to any diameter pipe as long as you can keep a consistent stretch and overlap it by 50%. Please send an e-mail to cantech_info@cantech.com with more details around the pressure specifications. Keep in mind that this is a temporary fix on low pressure lines.
